The Designer.

I am Tricia Kruidenier, the artist & designer behind Golden Hour Studio. I create hand painted & hand drawn patterns out of my home studio in the rural Upper Valley area of New Hampshire.

My work ranges from expressive watercolor paintings to bold, colorful large scale oil pastels with plenty of texture. All of my artwork is inspired by the beautiful place I call home, and by the many places I have traveled.

In my early career I worked for large corporate fashion companies as a womenswear designer. When I slowed down to have a family, my creative focus shifted to fine arts. I found that drawing and painting became a still point of calm in the churn of my early motherhood years.

In the fall of 2025 I began Golden Hour Design Studio where I sell printed fabric, wallpaper and home goods from my Spoonflower shop.
